Great for tracking progress and making adjustments for personal goals
Started doing InBody with Austin October 2 years ago no better tool to see where you are at and the progress you make . I personally try to weigh in every 2 to 3 weeks. Don’t let me forget the guys there are the best at setting your macros and calories for whatever part of your fitness journey is at the time.
My husband and I have been coming to Austin for a couple of years now and not one single complaint. Austin and his team have been so knowledgeable and honest. They genuinely care about you and your progress! We are definitely blessed to have a team like the one at Supreme Nutrition. One of the tools that help us keep on track with our goals is the in body machine they have at Supreme. The body scan tracks everything about your body like, muscle mass, BMI and BF percentage just to name a few. Go in and give it a try, and meet the team, you won’t be disappointed!!

Best tool I’ve had to track my progress. Being able to see my muscle and body fat and not just my weight was a huge benefit. On top of that, the guys at the store were super helpful in even building a plan for me at no cost! They had everything I needed and more! Would highly recommend!

I like the protein content of this product, but I don’t like that sucralose is the sweetener used. Bad for the brain! For that reason, I won’t be buying it again.
