After following the path most travelled, both going through college educations and corporate jobs, each of us realized that we weren’t living to our fullest potential. We both jumped head first into the world of health & wellness and have never looked back.

Now, with over a decade of experience in the nutrition industry, we are here to bring our knowledge to our community. What makes us different, you ask? Simple. We have worked hard to become experts in nutrition - now we want to make YOU an expert, too. We won’t just sell you a product and push you out the door.
