My name is Josh Brooks, I was born in Paterson, New Jersey, but moved to Athens at a young age. I am an Athenian at heart. I met my wife, Chelsea while we were in high school and have been married for 8 years and have two beautiful children.
I got my start training soldiers as an NCO for the U.S Military, and quickly found a passion for training and helping people both in and out of uniform. I’ve always believed that a person’s mental well-being is largely dictated by how they treat their body. Our health is a reflection of our daily habits and I love guiding people that want to see a change and improve their lives. To me, being apart of the daily process is more fulfilling than the end result.

Hey everyone my name is Michael Kriebel and I am a trainer at crunch fitness in Athens! I have been at crunch for close to 8 months and have trained over 40 wonderful clients so far in my tenure here, and currently take care of around 25 amazing people who are getting after it and killing their goals! I work with all types of fitness/athletic experience and make a variety of individualized programs focused on the client and their goals, whether it is weight loss, strength training, athletic performance, toning and bodybuilding, and many more! Fitness and sports has been a lifelong passion of mine and I look forward to the opportunity and challenges of helping to turn somebodies life around and create a new mindset and focus towards working out and staying motivated to reach your goals!
I am a S/C Coach, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, and Sports Performance Coach at X3 Sports-Athens.
I was born in Dallas, Texas but raised in Cobb County, GA where I became obsessed with off-season preparation for football which led me to become a 2 time All-American fullback with Harrison High School. Aside from my football experience, I am now a competitive powerlifter in the USAPL organization. Whether you want to train as an athlete, bodybuilder, powerlifter, or general fitness I have you covered as I am constantly studying and researching every training method under the sun.
The name of my game is assisting you in fulfilling whatever your mental and physical goals are within the gym and assisting in translating those goals to outside the gym as well.
I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. At age 19 joined the Marines and stationed in Camp Lejeune NC. I did four years active duty in which I had 3 combat deployments. I was part of the first take over of Fallujah and Ramadi.
After being honorably discharged I went back to PR to continue my education and finish my Bachelors degree in Judiciary Systems. During that time I worked as a personal trainer and also started my Jiu-Jitsu journey.
After graduating I left PR as a blue belt and moved to Tampa FL. There I worked for the Department of Defense and continued training, getting my purple belt.
Once again moved, this time to Georgia, started school to be a Paramedic, eventually moving on to work in the Emergency department as an ER tech. After a few years in Georgia, I received my brown belt.
Currently I’m a 4 stripe brown belt only one step away from becoming a black belt after 9 years practicing the sport and I am extremely honored to be the head instructor in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at X3 sports in Athens.
